DELIVERY TO OVER 100 COUNTRIES

We offer international delivery to over 100 countries and territories worldwide.

In some special cases (e.g., restricted shipping areas, areas with specific import regulations, military addresses, remote islands, etc.), orders may not be delivered via standard routes. If your address falls into this category, our team will proactively contact you to advise on alternative options or assist with a refund according to our policy.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES

When orders are shipped internationally, the following fees may apply:

Value Added Tax (VAT)

Customs clearance fees, handling fees at the border

These fees (if any) will be applied by the local customs authority and collected directly from the recipient. We cannot control the amount of these fees as each country has its own regulations.

By placing an order, you agree that the order may be inspected by customs and that fees may be incurred upon arrival in your country.

PROCESSING TIME & DELIVERY TIME

1) Order processing time:

Typically: 2–5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

1) Large Quantity/Custom Orders: Processing time will be subject to contract agreement or individual confirmation from the relevant department.

2) Estimated Delivery Time (Shipping time):
Shipping time may vary depending on the destination location, peak season, customs clearance status, and carrier. Below are estimated times:

Peak seasons (Christmas, Lunar New Year, Black Friday, Cyber ​​Monday, etc.) or factors beyond your control (weather, traffic congestion, security checks, customs delays, etc.) may cause deliveries to take longer than expected.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is handed over to the shipping company, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number (if supported by the shipping route).

In some free/economy shipping programs, the system may not provide tracking or the tracking may update slower than usual.

Shipping multiple packages: Due to logistical reasons (different warehouses, shipments arriving in batches, route optimization), products in the same order may be split into multiple packages and delivered at different times, even if you choose to ship them together.

IMPORTANT NOTES REGARDING DELIVERY ADDRESS

To avoid loss or return of your order, please:

Provide a complete and accurate address, including house number, street name, district/county, postal code (if applicable), and contact phone number.

Incorrect or incomplete address information may result in unsuccessful delivery, the order may be returned, or a redelivery fee may be charged (depending on the case).
