1) Ordering & Minimum Quantity (MOQ)

1. What is MOQ? What is the minimum order quantity for Tam Hat?

MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) is the minimum order quantity for the factory to proceed with production as requested.

Tam Hat accepts flexible MOQs depending on the design and techniques (printing/embroidery, materials, accessories). With many popular product lines, the factory can accept orders from small to large quantities according to business needs.

2. Can I order a sample before placing a large order?

Yes. You can order a sample to check the hat shape, material, color, and logo (printing/embroidery) before finalizing mass production.

3. If I want to order multiple colors/designs in one order, is that possible?

Yes. The factory supports production in combos of multiple colors/designs. MOQ can be calculated per design or total order depending on the case (the factory will advise on the most cost-effective option).

2) Logo Design, Printing/Embroidery

4. Does the factory support logo/hat design?

Yes. Tam Hats provides free design consultation or file adjustments according to actual production (size, position, thread color/print color).

5. What files do I need to prepare for printing/embroidery?

We recommend sending AI, EPS, or PDF (vector) files for the best quality. If only PNG/JPG files are available, the factory will still assist with checking and guiding on how to improve quality accordingly.

6. What printing/embroidery methods are available?

Depending on the hat material and aesthetic requirements, the factory can advise on popular techniques such as: computer embroidery, heat transfer printing, screen printing, digital printing, patch/appliqué embroidery, etc. The factory will suggest the optimal technique based on budget and desired durability.

3) Pricing, Quotations & Payment

7. How is the price of the cap calculated?

The price depends on the following main factors:

Type of cap (dad cap, trucker, snapback, bucket, etc.)

Fabric and accessories (buckle, mesh, lining, label, etc.)

Logo technique (printing/embroidery/patch), number of logo placements (front/side/back)

Quantity ordered (the more, the better the price)

Packaging requirements (bag/box, labels, hang tags)

8. How long does it take to receive a quote?

Usually within 24 working hours after the factory receives all the necessary information: cap sample, quantity, color, logo technique, and delivery location.

9. Does the factory require a deposit?

Yes. Custom orders usually require a deposit to confirm the order and proceed with material procurement. The remaining payment will be made as agreed upon before delivery or as per the contract.

4) Production Time

10. How long does production take?

Depending on the complexity and quantity, the time usually includes:

Design/Mockup finalization

Prototype making (if any)

Mass production

Packaging & delivery

The factory will provide a specific timeline for each project so you can proactively plan your event/launch.

11. Can I get it done urgently?

The factory can support urgent orders depending on the time and production capacity. You should specify the deadline from the beginning so the factory can advise on feasible options.

5) Shipping & Delivery

12. What shipping methods does Non Tam use?

Domestic delivery via shipping partners (express delivery/trucking depending on the route)

Delivery via a shipping company specified by the customer

Support for export orders (depending on documentation requirements)

13. How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs depend on: delivery address, weight/volume, express/economy shipping method, and packaging requirements.

The factory can provide an estimated cost before finalizing the order.

14. Can I inspect the goods upon receipt?

This depends on the shipping company's regulations and the type of order. For business orders, the factory recommends checking according to the handover document or recording a video of the unboxing to ensure your rights are protected.

15. Can orders be split into multiple packages?

Yes. For large orders or deliveries to multiple locations, the factory can split packages as requested for convenient shipping and inventory.

6) Buyer's Rights & Return Policy

16. What are the customer's rights when ordering custom-made hats?

Consultation on suitable materials/techniques based on needs and budget

Mockup confirmation before production

Quality control process before shipment

Support in handling production defects according to policy

17. How are defective products handled?

If the defect is due to production (e.g., wrong form, wrong color, wrong logo placement, embroidery/printing errors…), the factory will support in one of the following ways:

Repair/rectify

Exchange for a standard product

Produce replacement for the defective part

Depending on the extent and agreement in the contract/order.

18. Is there a return policy for "not liking"?

For custom-made products, returns are generally not accepted due to changes in preference after the design has been finalized. However, the factory always tries to provide maximum support if a reasonable issue arises before production begins.

7) Warranty & Quality Commitment

19. What does Nón Tâm guarantee?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects (stitching, embroidery/printing errors due to the process, defective accessories, etc.).
It does not cover wear and tear from use, improper washing, or damage/deformation due to improper storage.

20. How long is the warranty period?

It varies depending on the product type and project contract. The factory will clearly state the warranty policy in the quotation/contract to ensure transparency.

21. Are there instructions for caring for the hat?

Yes. The factory can send care instructions based on the material (recommended cleaning, avoid prolonged soaking, do not machine wash stiff-form hats, etc.).

8) Corporate, Event, and Export Orders

22. Does Non Tam issue invoices/documents?

We can provide documentation upon request (depending on the cooperation model). You only need to provide invoicing information when placing an order.

23. Does the factory make custom labels for local brands?

Yes. The factory supports: hang tags, size labels, woven/printed labels, zip bags/boxes, and packaging according to brand standards.

24. Does the factory accept OEM/ODM orders?

Yes. Non Tam can produce according to custom designs, depending on the cooperation model and technical requirements.
